egotiating, Drafting and Finalizing of contracts with Vendors, Suppliers, and Customers.  Liaise with Corporate on legal and commercial matters.  Negotiation with Vendors, Suppliers, Customers, on Commercial and Legal understandings  Coordination with respective division of the Company to finalize the commercial understandings, Drafting and Negotiation on related Agreements  Renewal; Termination and Amendments of Contracts, Drafting of Misc Docs viz. DOA/Power of Attorney(s), etc.  Compliance for ensuring the various activities undertaken by the Company is well within the ambit of Corporate Laws, Labor Laws, etc.  Reply to Notices from various authorities, and strategies internally to defend Management actions Litigation, Court cases, Product Liability, Consumer Cases, Service Liability  Liaise for engaging external counsel to handle cases and support such counsel in the Cases.  Handle critical recovery matters
