Job Description I need someone who can turn a photoshop template into valid CSS/html and then use simple php and smarty to quickly turn it into a theme for my CMS. sample theme with all tags and features will be provided. this is WAY easier than creating a WP theme. to avoid spam applications, mention the word: "lion" in your bid. all applications without this word will be deleted. its pretty easy and straightforward work. I have a lot of these to be created so for the right person there is long term work. once you create the first one, the rest are piece of cake. bid LOW and in your bid let me know how many hours you can work a week.
