Looking for additional help to keep up with client demand. Typically, when I find a team member, we have a long-term working relationship. Last member I hired, we worked for 5 years today until she moved on to a different field. I recently met someone about a year ago and it's going well. But I just have too much work. On average, I get between 1 and 5 projects a month. I know, right? That's crazy. The goal is to have enough team members so there is not a bottle-neck and easily manageable.
