I work with early-stage startups and online businesses to fix and build their QuickBooks systems so their financial data becomes reliable and usable for decision-making. Most businesses already use QuickBooks, but the system underneath is often not structured correctly. Over time, records become inconsistent, unreconciled, or partially maintained, which makes financial reporting unreliable. My focus is simple: I help fix that system. I work in two areas: 1. QuickBooks Setup Building a proper accounting structure from scratch or correcting a broken foundation. This includes designing the chart of accounts, aligning it to the business model, and setting up QuickBooks in a structured way. 2. QuickBooks Cleanup Rebuilding existing financial records by categorizing transactions, reconciling accounts, and correcting errors so the system reflects real financial activity. The goal is always the same: To create financial records that can be trusted for real business decisions. I typically work with: - early-stage startups - SaaS, eCommerce, agencies, and scaling freelancers - businesses with active monthly transactions The outcome of the work is: - clean Profit & Loss statements - accurate Balance Sheets - fully reconciled QuickBooks files - a structured financial system aligned to how the business operates If the financial system is unclear, decision-making becomes guesswork. My work is focused on removing that uncertainty.
