It is registered by the office of the Company Registrar, under the Ministry of Industry and Commerce of Nepal Government in 2004 AD. The office of the company is located at the Lalitpur Sub-metropolitan, Ward No.1, Kupondol, Lalitpur. This is a company established with the purpose to focus the innovative approaches in the field of mass media development particularly, the focus lies in the field of radio, television and print program production related to mass media in the country. In the past about a decade ago, the condition of mass media was not good but after the restoration of democracy, there seems a revolution since the government has brought privatization policy into practice and that rendered every sector to be bloomed and get maturity for the sake of prosperous Nepal. With the favorable policy, Toofan Communication Network P. Ltd. got its birth and plunged into its maturity with the works related to the Mass Media in Nepal. The glory of the company is that it has its energetic, innovative, well skilled and committed team to drive the company to attain the pious objectives set even from its glorious inception.
