The Digital Artists Collective web application is currently my baby. I am developing the project by myself. Tasks I have had to undertake in the project include: relational database design and administration, back-end API development using Ruby on Rails, front-end single-page AJAX application development using Angular.js, and all System Architecture and Administration using Amazon Web Services (Route 53 for DNS, ELB for load balancing, EC2 for compute, both Amazon RDS and DynamoDB for storage, and Elastic Beanstalk for application deployment.

Software engineer from Stanford University with 3+ years experience. Highly passionate and motivated individual looking to build long-term relationships with clients. I pride myself on being a great team player and an accountable independent worker. As a developer I have extensive experience with the full stack, from database design and administration to front-end design and development. My expertise lies mainly in two areas: Ruby on Rails, in which I have experience developing both full Rails applications and RESTful API's, and Javascript, which I have experience developing application back-ends using Node.js, and application front-ends using jQuery and Angular.js (I specialize in doing single page AJAX applications). I am also quite familiar with Amazon Web Services, and can function as a Solutions Architect who can design distributed applications and systems on the AWS platform.
