The worker understood the brief, communicated well, asked relevant questions and delivered quickly and inexpensively. He delivered a draft version which was not completely working but I had two workers on the task. The other completed sooner so I paid both workers and advised that ITPlus_4U that he need not complete the amendments. So although the project was not strictly "complete" I was sufficiently satisfied with the work done so far to pay in full. I could rate as 8 as what I got was not "thoroughly tested and debugged" but I'm recognising that he wasn't presenting it as a final version and I'm confident he could have delivered.
