This application was a month long project for an employer that was an online contact management system. It was developed to accept information about a cemetery monument project and then populate a back-end database. The contracts were then able to be searched by different criteria and exported as a PDF. It was developed using PHP5 - OOP, HTML5, jQuery, and CSS3.
