This project is in regards to reverse engineering a complex script. Initially we faced challenges as the codes were not written to be modified. Many engineers would have given up (trust us, we’ve seen those), but with his perseverance, Jorge not only fixed the inflexible code, but made it better. Furthermore, all were delivered on time and documented well. His intelligence and professionalism are commendable. You will enjoy working with him as he is pleasant to collaborate with.

Jorge took on this challenging algorithm project within a limited time frame, but still performed an outstanding job. He didn't just take on the task for the sake of completing, rather, he took it on as if this is a science project. He thought out of the box to improve the efficiency of the algorithm many folds. This kind of intellectual curiosity and persistence in achieving the highest quality of work is rare to come by these days.
