CartCMS is a Laravel market based Control Management System. It has lots of functionalities like: The users are divided in three big levels: Owners, Admins and Workers. There are filters which protect the CMS functions from abuses. Example: wokers can't manage users, Admins can manage users but can't delete them, Owner can manage and delete users.
