Letter and letterhead designed in Access to replace the need for mail merged word documents. It integrates the data directly from the database (pledge amount, customer name, etc.) and prints it as a personalized letter on letterhead. (Yellow becomes a lovely shade of gray in grayscale)

I have been developing and managing Access databases for over 20 years. I specialize in simple database solutions tailored to meet specific needs. I continue to assist many former clients with continuing to manage their databases. I design databases in Microsoft Access to make keeping track of all kinds of data simple and easy without the hassle of an overly complicated database, or the frustration of a system not perfectly designed to accommodate your particular task. I am a native English speaker, and while AI tools have their place, I will never use AI to write communications with clients.
