I am a semi-professional programmer from Germany. A few years ago I started programming in HTML, PHP an Javascript for personal reasons. When starting a new job I was put in the position of having to program an application in Microsoft Access and VBA for Access which allows serial numbers to be scanned, assign them to different shipping units and print out reports. Additionally it allows to export the lists to Microsoft Excel and email them to the customer. Because of the reason of saving money, our company decided not to use MS Access anymore and save the licence fees. Therefore I had to port the application to an executable using Visual Basic 2010. In my personal life I create small programs I feel don't exist or don't fulfill my needs. I also - install and configure computernetworks (Ethernet, VPN, servers, routers, switches, in-house DSL,...) and telecommunication systems including PBX, - maintain computer systems - setup internet access
