If you came here that possibly mean you are looking for someone for a new project and considering one of my bids. Remember also a few points: - a low bid doesn't mean a good deal, almost always is a sign of a novice who doesn't understand the project's complexity and requirements. Another practice I've seen is bidding low and then asking for more money to finish. Work with it at your own expense. - check my previous work and other bidder's and look at the difficulty (and payment amount) of completed projects. In many cases, most of them don't jump over 150$ - 200$. Award them with big/complex projects at your expense. - I don't understand the way Freelancer ranks developers (I mean I do understand only it's absurd). Most have posted a bid on 50 projects, won 20 and completed maybe 1 or 2 but this absurd way of ranking things on this site considers the entire 50 projects won - completion rate is almost between 60-70%. - don't be afraid to talk about the project, describing what you are after in detail, your initial description is not always so clear. In many cases, I've retracted my bid after reading something in the brief and then when it came to working, I find myself facing pages of specs and extra stuff not agreed upon. Come forward clean. Even if you have a small budget, that's no excuse. - be patient and polite nobody knows what's on your mind, be ready to explain as many times as needed. That's the only way to develop a quality software with all your specs. I'm the most polite person in the world but every now and then I come across an individual with an attitude not worth working with for a few pennies. - All things considered and if you find yourself in those written above PLEASE don't waste my time if you're not considering about a project most seriously and afford to invest in it's true value. I'm also not perfect, but I've seen some stupid things going on and wanted to warn everybody. How I miss vWorker (RentACoder)!!! Now a few things about me: IT Engineer University graduate, working as a freelancer for more than 6 years as a programmer. Hundreds of projects completed with top mark, all the deliverables posted on time, all the employers were extremely satisfied. Also in my spare time I'm working on my flash arcade site playing great flash games and keeping it up to date. Hope to work with you sometimes. I'm sure it will be great.

He's brilliant and has a great problem-solving skill. He supports you like it's his own project and never demands milestone payment unless all is delivered.
