I have been an administrator in various sectors for over 12 years and I have worked with some very amazing people, of which I am very proud. I started my venture as a self-employed extra pair of hands seeing that my friends and family needed help with basic tasks, such as filing, organizing, planning, completing forms... some simple stuff and others not so simple for them like applying for a passport, writing formal letters, planning a trip abroad, finding the best deals on a product... So I realized that I can use all my previous experience to also help other people that are overloaded and will need me for a few hours or days, or for specific tasks. Funny facts about my life ... I once was told off at a previous job for having a 420% efficiency at filing... I am sure I keep that sheet somewhere as a giggling memory.
