About Me
Based out of South Korea, I'm a Canadian living here with my Korean family and providing all manners of media-related project support to both Korean and international customers seeking to captivate their target market. Coming from a background of publishing magazines and newspapers, where I had to recruit and manage over 30 staff in my editorial processes, I'm used to being an employer and outsourcer. So I understand about outsource expectations and your concerns over risking your project to someone around the world. I've been in your position. Looking for a change of pace, I've shifted to becoming the guy you outsource to and the skills that I've acquired along the way, as a project manager that progressively needed to end up doing many things on my own, to meet my own project expectations and vision. Whether it's development of compelling content, keyword research and SEO optimization to get you ranking quickly on Google, creation and execution of elaborate social media strategies, to utilizing the latest in lead generation trends, there are few things that I haven't experienced in my past projects. The first thing you'll notice about me, is that I'm responsive. I'll reply within 24 hours, without fail. Usually much sooner. (Something that I learned as an employer, as I loathe sitting on my hands and wondering what the outsourcer is doing or if he's struggling with time management, as he's juggling my project with someone else's project). When possible, I prefer to have a Skype session with you at the outset, so there is absolutely zero chance of misunderstanding about your project requirements. I'm also nitpicky about results. I look at you as a business partner, not just someone giving me work. I take an ownership mentality, so I can raise the bar for what you are expecting. I can be a 'Yes' man, but I will still give creative and objective suggestions to you, so I can enhance your results. If you have blanks or holes in your concept or project that you're still unsure about, I'll help you fill those holes with ideas and options. My goals are to get more ongoing work from you or at least your glowing feedback about my work, so other project managers can see this. I have no choice but to deliver and deliver well.
