I started building my career step by step in a variety of roles and industries, mostly organizing and supervising the delivery of event projects of different sizes and subject for several agencies in event production as a freelance, handling mostly English speaking clients and their events. From creating and developing the idea to its budgeting and the preparation to the delivery ; where I had to wear the hat for different tasks not just the organiser but also the critical mind, the technology whiz, technic geek and the marketing guru, the translator and so on.... I’m not only used to wearing many hats, I sincerely enjoy it; I thrive in an environment where no two work days are exactly the same. In addition to being flexible, responsive and very patient; qualities I have developed at a young age thanks to the AIESEC experience for over 5 years of involvement in my University and then later in different functions, I’m also a fanatic for details – particularly when it comes to a project. I believe in applying this same level of attention to detail to tasks as visible as prepping the materials for a meeting and as mundane as making sure the copier never runs out of paper.
