I'm an expert web programmer a graphic designer. I have been developing for the web at a high level for 15 years. I have excellent communication and can manage projects to completion. I've never had a project I couldn't complete on time and on budget. I'm not going to waste your time, I'm only going to be honest and do what I say I'm gonna do.
