I am currently working as a Customer Service Manager wherein I develop and implement a customer service policy for the entire organisation to measure customer satisfaction and improve services. Previously, I worked within a high-volume customer-support call centre for a major web hosting company. In this position, I demonstrated the ability to resolve a variety of issues and complaints (such as billing disputes, retention, troubleshoot web hosting issues, etc.) I also promote and sell products and services to existing and new customers. I consistently met my call-volume goals, handling an average of 56 to 60 calls per day. I bring to the table strong computer proficiencies in MS Word, MS Excel and CRM database applications and graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Psychology.
