Our Management Team Managing Director - April Valmadrid April has extensive experience in managing software development projects for different telecommunication companies around the world. She has worked as a Client Architect, Product Manager, and Delivery Project Manager for Colibria, a Norwegian solutions provider for the telecom industry. In particular she has served as the Client Delivery Department Manager responsible for key projects of the company. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science with major in Information Technology from De La Salle University Manila. She is currently the Managing Director of Premiere Communications Center, and with her track record in managing international customer relationships, is also serving as the Head of the BPO Services Department of the company. Marketing Communications Manager - Deceriz Valmadrid Deceriz is the Marketing Communications Manager and consequently heads the Training Services Department of the company. Deceriz is key in establishing strategic partnerships with top call center companies in the Philippines including Accenture, Convergys, Teleperformance, Advanced Contact Solutions, First Source Solutions and Global Contact Services. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce with major in Marketing Management from St. Scholastica’s College, Manila. She is currently taking up her Masters in Business Administration at Ateneo de Manila University.
