By profession, I am a professional development coach, working with early intervention providers to help them maximize their potential to effectively serve children and families. Together, providers and I work to develop action plans to help them reach their full professional potential. Prior to coaching, I worked as an Infant and Toddler Developmental Specialist, conducting full developmental evaluations on children from birth to three years of age. I write a comprehensive report corresponding to each evaluation I complete (usually five to eight per day). I am passionate about writing, and feel that one's writing skills serve as one of the best forms of representation and reflection of competency of an individual.
