United Nations Millennium Goal Posters
These posters were created for the United Nations Millennium goals. For both posters I wanted to convince people to volunteer in developing countries. The first poster is for primary education, so I used a child\'s notebook with incorrect math problems on it. The child is happy because they do not know any better and want to learn. I tore the page into the shape of Africa because most of the areas that need help are there.\n \nThe second poster is for the child mortality goal. I used the idea of a flat line, something doctors are familiar with. In order to stress that it will be children being helped I used simple images associated with young children, who are often the ones that die.\n
About Me
I am Anna Shuey, and I am a young eager Graphic Designer and Artist. I have my Associates Degree in Graphic Design from Harrisburg Community College. My favorite projects to work on are for social issues and non profit organizations. My favorite things to design include posters, book covers, and logos. If your project is in print than I can do it. I have been working with the Adobe Creative Suite since sophomore year of high school, so I am extremely comfortable working in Indesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator. I also do fine art, illustration, and photography work. I have basic HTML knowledge, however I do not consider myself a web designer.
