I’ve done UX work for Microsoft. I’ve worked on an app that reads physical pieces of paper out to blind people (Amazon loved it so much they acquired it along with the whole startup). I worked with the first Y Combinator team that was acquired (yes, Loopt, founded by now-YC President Sam Altman), to build the first ever digital checking account sold in retail stores (launched in every Walmart in the US). My services can: -decrease churn -increase engagement -increase the amount of returning users -increase intuitiveness and usability -increase net promoter score (likelihood of a user to recommend your product to a friend) -decrease development costs I can do this by: -A/B testing -User Testing -UX Audit/Heuristic Evaluation -Product Conversion Optimization -Data Analysis -Usability Analysis -UI Design Tools include: Sketch, Photoshop CS6, Axure, OmniGraffle, Balsamiq, [url removed, login to view] [url removed, login to view] [url removed, login to view]
