Insurance product
This application, developed by us fom Max Bupa, had a variety of features. Users could indicate the type of health problem they have and this app showed all the hospitals Max Bupa's network in a certain radius (by GPS) which provided a solution to these heart problems. It showed their location on a map and guided the patient by showing a complete route. Again users could enter into a health promise for a certain person, and he would get periodic alerts about the promise of his.(e.g. quit smoking ). Other features included helpline numbers for emergency contacts, and sending updates about a certain event (e.g. AB+ blood required) which would be visible to all the users in a particular radius through a pop up message.

Appavatar is a mobile apps company setup by two IIMA 2003 batchmates. Appavatar has worked with various clients including ITC Hotels and Max Bupa on their mobile strategy and execution.
