As the Management Assistant (Stenography) of the Deputy Director (Research) my responsibilities are: o Typing all reports, documents and project reports o Submit all reports in time o Collating and page formatting of documents o Responsible to complete the daily target o Check for mistakes in the typed document o Preparation of Quarterly Progress Reports, Action Plan and Corporate Plan. o Calculate project-wise capital and recurrent budget using Excel o Preparation of slides for lectures using Power point o FROM 1991 I HAVE TYPED MORE THAN 75 UNDERGRADUATES\' PROJECT THESIS
