When I left university, I started my career in the retail business and then after 3 years, made the switch to the manufacturing business (brewing). During my 25 years in manufacturing, I spent 10 years in sales and then moved into HR, mainly in Learning and Development roles.
TD Learning Consultancy was set up in 2014, with the aim to put my varied skillset to work to offer L&D consultancy services to SME's.
