I'm doing the job in "Al-Muzamil Enterprises" (Corporate Credit Information Services Provided Firm) as Corporate Incharge i want to share my some responsibilities with you: Responsibilities: •Preparing Hypothecation, Mortgage, Floating, Pari Passu agreements/documents on assets of the companies in favour of financial institutions. •Conducting and finalizing Search Reports of listed, public, private companies from Company Registration Office (CRO), Securities & Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP). •Preparing and filling of annual returns of companies in CRO-SECP. •Filling of Charge Registration/Modification/Vacation Cases in CRO-SECP of listed, public, private companies. •Developed marketing plans and meetings with bankers, private client and companies for marketing purpose. •Maintain financial record, and recovery record from customers. •Provide all necessary documents of the companies to bankers from CRO-SECP these are my duties which i perform in Al-Muzamil Enterprises.
