I have been working within the IT industry for more than 10 years, and with Dynamics CRM for 7 years. I used to work in a company were I was the Product Manager, responsible of technical presales, Gap Analysis, Business Analysis, Design and Implementation. I had 15 people in charge and I was responsible of customer satisfaction and quality assurance. Besides that, I'm doing freelance since mid 2013 customizing CRM entities, relationships, developing plugins, workflows, JS and web service that consume CRM services.
