I joined this site over a decade ago. Initially, I was a contractor but switched to managing projects when I started DifferenceGames. In that first year, I did a huge talent hunt on GetAFreelancer and I'm still working with many of those people today. One has even created a 10 person art studio in the Philippines to support our growing art needs. DifferenceGames is poised for fantastic expansion in 2016 and I'm looking for more amazing people to join our team. Building mutually beneficial relationships is very important to me.
