Game development involves an heterogenous team and demands a high quality work. At Brazil, some game developers used agile metodologies like eXtreme Programming (XP), at 2004. XP appreciates working software over comprehensive documentation. This papper analyzes how is treated the modeling activity into XP. A case implementation inside this context is shown and a flexible process flow is identified.
