The purpose of the Component Name Composer dialog is as follows: • Сomponent names are composed with the schema appropriate for each component library. • Improve uniformity through use of drop down menus. • Improved productivity by being much faster than creating names against a text-based schema. • Duplicates do not get created.

Summary I'm a Python 3 and Excel VBA developer. I have been developing and supporting projects for analyzing and processing data. My experience with VBA MS Excel is more than 12 years. I use Python3 as a tool for parsing sites and implementing complex algorithms.
