Salesforce Third Party Integration
Problem: The client is from real estate and sells buildings and land to buyers. He offers listings(building or land) to the buyer according to buyers wish. He used to find the find listings for a buyer by applying filters in the list view of salesforce manually. He wanted a way such that these filters apply with dynamic values on buyer record and matched listings should be displayed according to the given criteria.

Solution:

This lightning component is displayed on the detail page of Buyer record and, in this lightning component, we have created a list view in which “Listing” records are displayed according to a “Buyer” record. Suppose, a buyer wants a building which can be used for office, has its buildable area between 100 sq. feet and 1000 sq. feet, asking price between $1000 and $100000 and must be located in Brooklyn. So, we show the matched listings according to the criteria in the list view. Now the Salesforce user can easily see the all the desired listings for any buyer.
Salesforce Lightning Implementation
Impact: Our solution of using personalized, interactive & mobile responsive email templates along
with Approval process from the Campaign Manager’s increased our client's customer
engagement by 30% and decreased the time taken in designing and finalizing of templates by
20%.

Problem:
In this project, our client needed us to transform his data of salesforce organization and then load
it again in salesforce, along with setting up email templates by using the email throttling feature
and go through Ip warm up.

Solution:
In this project, we created multiple email templates which were mobile responsive and also had
used AmpScript. Our client was new to salesforce and wanted to have proper IP warm up, so in
this scenario we have implemented email throttling technique to set up the email limits to perform
the proper IP Warm up.
Custom Emails in Marketing Cloud
Problem:
The requirement from the client was that he needs to connect Salesforce marketing cloud with
salesforce sales cloud, in such a way that whenever a record is created in Salesforce then that
the record must go through a particular journey based on certain conditions in real time. They
also needed to track the interaction data back to salesforce sales cloud (Clicked, Opened, etc).

Solution:
In this project the first step we took, was to connect Salesforce marketing cloud with salesforce
sales cloud, so for that, we have used the “Marketing Cloud Connector” which is installed in the
sales cloud. Marketing Cloud Connector requires a lot of steps to install it.

Impact: 
Earlier our client was forced to invest utmost critical business hours in maintaining and
running marketing journeys, for a customer base to maintain which user was in which stage by
using Google Spreadsheets. Our solution reduced the time elapsed in marketing journeys by
80%.
Marketing Cloud Connect Setup
Problem:
In this projects our client wanted us to create Journies of customers in Salesforce Marketing
cloud and set up Automation Studio with multiple automation steps so that the data can be used
as input to journey builder based on certain conditions and events. Our client also wished to
bring in data from external sources having a different extension.

Solution:
Our first step was the creation of multiple Journies using which the emails could be sent to the
opted-in client. In this project, we used Salesforce Synchronized Data extensions which were
scheduled to bring in the data from Salesforce to marketing cloud in every hour and store it in the
marketing cloud. As the Salesforce Synchronized Data extensions cannot be used directly in the
Journey builder, so in order to use this data in Journey builder we used Automation Studio where
we implemented

Impact: Our solution boosted our client’s reach to right customer by 40%, over traditional emails
send from Salesforce Sales cloud.

We used Python as a middleware in between Salesforce and Twilio, Python is acting as a caching server with MySQL as Database and SalesforceBulkify as a great helper, it handles all the calls of IVR, provide course details, events dates, and connecting caller with the local team volunteers or national team. All the call logs are updated frequently in Salesforce and Non-Profit Organization's center admin can view all the calls and listen to any call from a Force.com site that we created for Admins of a center. Also, all the new calls are stored as a lead in Salesforce along with the call details and recordings.

Our project was complex, and Shrey and his team at Cyntexa handled it well. It took longer than anticipated, but that was also because we added quite a few complex features while the project was ongoing. Cyntexa tackled those extra requests well and we are happy with our end product. So much so that we will be using them exclusively for any Twilio/Salesforce related future projects.
