Order taking and processing tool, which is used for regular collection of orders (stationery, company's products with discount, etc.) from ~200 employees of company. It can import price-list from external Excel-file, can generate 3 reports which enable further order processing, can export order table to Excel spreadsheet. Created using Excel 2003, VBA, Access. Extremely simple to manage. Stabilly being used since 2009. Saves plenty of work of office administrator who needed to do all this staff manually before the tool was developed.

Order Processing Tool

Info system in MS Access which helps to manage and analyze information about transportation of goods: truck numbers, drivers' details, cargo, route, time of arrival / departure, etc. System allows to apply different models of tariffication to each trip depending on trip type, number of subtrips in route, distance, one or two way trip, quantity of goods, truck type and so on. System provides automatic order form generation and e-mail distribution of the form to transportation companies. It also provides import and export of data to / from MS Excel, analytical representation of data with main KPI calculation: truck quantity, utilization, on-time delivery, etc. System proposes an efficient way of goods placement inside the truck using 3 optimization algorythms and aiming for maximizing truck utilization thus saving cost.
