My name is Luis. I am a disciplined, reserved and curious person because I like to be learning about subjects of my interest such as technology, sports, history, politics, biology and physics. I am tall and with a strong complexion, which makes it easier for me to practice sports daily, in order to relax and stay healthy. I am always open to listening to the ideas of working groups in order to find the best solution to a problem, I consider myself conciliatory and innovative, so I develop in balance with my colleagues. I am a software engineer by profession, I started in this world developing projects for the automation of Human and Financial Resources, derived from problems that arose with telecommunications networks, I began to learn networks from a deeper point of view, in search of the automation of fault recovery , this led me to the world of voice over IP where I have specialized since then, certifying myself in companies not only in software like any developer in my profession, but also in telecommunications such as Cisco, Avaya or Asterisk. Specialization • Development and Integration of solutions in Java and .NET for handling voice and VOICE/ip networks. • Development of IVR applications in Cisco, Avaya and Asterisk Technologies. • Development of WebRTC Applications; • Systems development and integration with technologies such as AMQP, MQTT, XMPP and Matrix. • Development and Integration of Solutions for Cisco, Avaya and Asterisk Contact Center Systems. • Development of complex applications for servers in Python. • Development of TSAPI, JTAPI and DMCC (Screen Pop and VoIP Applications); •Leadership in Work Groups for the Modeling, Design and Creation of Systems, or Integration to Existing Systems. I am the father of 3 children with whom I like to share time outdoors and board games.
