This is an Integrated Telephony Application that helps agents of a respectable US based insurance company manage their contact databases and call them through using an on-premise telephony server that this app is integrated with (we chose FreeSwitch because it significantly outperforms Asterisk under heavy load)

I have often been referred as a technology expert because of a vast and diverse experience in software engineering ranging from early Python through C# and JavaScript (Extjs) to integrating all this via all kinds of communication means with other software including VoIP and geographically distributed Information systems. I'm platform agnostic with a prevalence of Debian Linux over Windows Server as a development and production environment.
