The Client had multiple systems that were falling behind on Windows and Software patching. the local team had to go to each computer and perform a manual system update. Some computers were also without active Antivirus software monitoring them.

Staff was bringing USB drives and inserting them into the company system without approval from IT.

We were asked to provide a solution that would help the team keep the systems up-to-date.

Control the use of unauthorized USB drives from being used by staff and ensure that the IT team can view their security posture for all systems in one window.

We set up our system which monitors the client's network and computer. Whenever we are notified of an issue with any of the computers we are able to resolve it without the client knowing they had an issue.

The IT team was able to update all systems from the desk remotely without going to each computer system.

Automate Computer Patch Management and Managed AV Solution

We had a client that was hit with a Ransomware attack. Our security system was able to catch it and notified my team. We then ensure to do a complete scan and have all infected files removed from the system while protecting the client's information.

A report to the client and we informed them of how the issue was initialed, and security awareness training was recommended for the staff.
