I held various roles at Waikato Institute of Technology (Wintec). I was first employed at its Centre for Health as the PG Administrator and was then tasked to establish Wintec's Postgraduate Office. I took over the role of Research and PG Operations Manager, which I held for the last 2.5 years. This was an exciting role, leading a team of 4 to operationalise research strategy and support well over one hundred researchers in all aspects of their research projects and researcher development.
