    “The total project was $6800 first milestone was $1500 It was supposed to be delivered on 26/7 after one week of development and he did have some more days before it too. He requested an delay and said he should deliver both milestones on the 3/7/2021. He failed to deliver that too. He delivered a prototype app with a few buttons working and no buttons, API or anything working. I sent a full report of missing screens and areas not working. Then he requests more than $2000 as a payment without delivering code or anything. He then sends a video showing he could click in the prototype. After a lot of time waste where he accused me of no understanding software development (I have 44 years in software and 2x Masters of Science degrees) and declared me an idiot. Then I explained what the Freelancer model how it worked and we are not supposed to pay for something that is not delivered and have no code to it. He then understood he had no chance and released the money. Kind and friendly fine, but that does not deliver any working code.”
