Why do we verify your identity upon withdrawal?

When you submit a withdrawal request, you will be prompted to record a video from the Withdrawals page to complete your request. This video verification step provides security and authenticity for your hassle-free withdrawal experience.

After filling out the details in the Withdrawals page and verifying the code sent to your phone number, you will be routed to the Video Verification page. From there, follow these steps:

1. Click “Let’s get started” and you will be directed to the video recording page.
2. While recording your video, you need to follow the instructions written on the screen. Maximum length of the video is 30 seconds.
3. Click “Submit recording” once you are finished.

After recording, your video verification together with your withdrawal request will be submitted. Like the usual, you can check the status of your withdrawal request from the Withdrawals page to see if it was already verified and processed.

Through Video Verification, we can ensure that only the legitimate freelancer who earned the money on our platform can request for the withdrawal of funds.
