Quote Statuses

A Quote, once sent, changes its status depending on the action the client or freelancer takes. You will see the statuses in the Quotes page.

● Accepted. 

The Quote was already accepted by the client. By this time, there is already a project created for the accepted Quote and from there, the freelancer should have also started working on the project.

● Rejected. 

The Quote has been rejected by the client.

● Canceled

The Quote has been canceled by the freelancer. The freelancer Quote can only cancel an active Quote if the client has not taken any action yet.

● Awaiting Acceptance. 

The Quote is yet to be actioned by the client. The client can accept or reject the Quote within the timeframe indicated in the banner.

● Expired

The Quote is no longer available as no action was taken from the client’s side until the validity date you indicated. You can still send a new Quote to the client.
