Accounts may be restricted due to site violations or user complaints. There are two types of account restriction: work restriction and full restriction.
For work-restricted accounts, they can still work on awarded projects and make financial transactions. However, employers cannot post and award new projects and freelancers will not be able to bid or get awarded.
For fully-restricted accounts, they can work on their current projects but they cannot bid on, post, award or accept a new project. Furthermore, they can deposit, pay fees, and receive payments, but they cannot release nor withdraw payments on the site.
