I’m looking for a remote assistant who can jump straight into my daily workflow, keep my inbox under control, lock in appointments without clashes, and enter data quickly and accurately. Most of my clients are Germans! (Just saying) You’ll spend most of your time inside my email account—sorting, flagging priorities, drafting quick replies, and filing messages so nothing slips through the cracks. From there, you’ll move over to the calendar to confirm meetings, send reminders, and coordinate any last-minute changes. The remaining hours will be devoted to clean data entry: updating spreadsheets, checking for inconsistencies, and making sure every record stays current. Because I rely on real-time conversations to stay aligned, we’ll touch base over Zoom. Being in the same time zone means you can respond promptly during standard business hours and hop on a quick video call when a task needs clarification. Key tools you should already feel comfortable with include Gmail or Outlook, Google Calendar (or a similar scheduling platform), Excel or Google Sheets, and, of course, Zoom for our check-ins.
