zoho email address setup and configuration

We have enterprise emails with Zoho and when we setup the account we used info @ domain
However, now we can not remove the info @ domain from zoho profile and we are also not getting emails on it.. customers are getting a bounce back.
When we try to add it as a new email user.. it says email is already exists.
Need someone to fix the issue. I have already emailed support for zoho but have not heard back.
