I need a few zoho books customer functions
1. When a purchase order is done I need the name of the cleaner and its ABN to be updated in the invoice.
2. When a purchase order is done I need the name of the carpet cleaner and its ABN to be updated in the invoice.
3. When a purchase order is done I need the name of the pest control company and its ABN to be updated in the invoice.
4. On the date of the clean I need a custom function to create a invoice in a seperate zoho books file (they are linked but seperate) using the name of the vendor in the previous purchase order as the customer in the invoice and will update the item fields but with the rate that is in the seperate zoho books file then send it by email to the vendor/customer.
Only a thorough knowledge of zoho custom fields will be able to do this job.
