Every shipment someone has to chase by phone or spreadsheet is a customer update that goes out late. You want the status to move on its own, from pickup to delivery, and management to see it without asking. What you receive, in 3 days: an order-tracking app inside the suite you already use, with every status from pickup to delivery; automatic rules that assign the next task to the right person, email the customer at each status change and raise an alert when a shipment gets stuck or runs late; a management dashboard with open, in-transit and delivered orders; and the link between this app and your CRM records so each order sits on the right customer. I leave a short written guide with screenshots so your team can run it from day one. What I need from you: admin access to the suite, a written list or a short screen recording of how an order moves today (statuses, who does what, what the customer should hear at each step), and a sample of 10 to 20 real orders. Not included: migrating historical data, inventory configuration beyond linking it to orders, SMS or chat messages that need paid credits, and apps outside the suite. I can quote any of those separately once this first phase is running. On the price: it is below my usual rate because I am after my first review here and your scope is clearly written. My normal rate is on my profile. One question: today, at which step do shipments most often get delayed without anyone noticing?

Zoho Creator handles the order-status app and Deluge covers the workflow logic (notifications, task assignment, exception alerts) Deluge is close enough to JavaScript that the scripting side isn't the bottleneck; the real work is mapping your pickup-to-delivery states cleanly so CRM/Inventory stay in sync without duplicate triggers. I haven't shipped a Zoho One logistics rollout specifically, but the automation logic itself (state machine + notification triggers + exception handling) is the same problem I solve in Python-based systems, just inside Zoho's builder instead of custom code. Before locking scope: how many distinct order states do you need tracked, and does Inventory need to update automatically on status change, or just Creator/CRM? I'd propose starting with the Creator schema + core workflow (pickup, in-transit, delivered) as a first milestone, then layering exception alerts and dashboards once that's validated against real orders.
