I already have a detailed build plan and workflow diagram that map every trigger, action, and data field for our JazzHR hiring pipeline. What I need now is a seasoned Zapier-Twilio troubleshooter who can turn that plan into a working, rock-solid SMS layer. The priority is clear: stronger candidate messaging. All SMS notifications—application status updates, interview reminders, and any future HR alerts—must fire reliably from Twilio, pick up the right JazzHR data, and log back into our ATS without manual touch-points. Zapier will still orchestrate the logic, while Claude handles the small bits of AI text generation we outline in the plan.
