I am after a task management application ( form and checklist ) designed for a Galaxy tab (Android) that includes for following per "job":
1) The attached form (service [url removed, login to view]) needs to be displayed and completed on the tablet (the format does not need to match exactly but should appear familiar to users of the form). The "solution" and "recommendation" fields should allow for images to be attached (taken with the tablet).
2) One or more task lists (sample task [url removed, login to view]) need to be selected from a master list and checked off (one example attached - there will be approx 20 varieties of this). All checklist actions should be timestamped and the timestamp should not be editable. The available options for each task should be "Complete", "Incomplete", "Partially Complete". All should allow for optional comments with images to be attached (taken with the tablet). The attached "sample task schedules.pdf" should be implemented in full, the other examples will be created by myself and should appear in the master list when added.
Any fields that can be automatically populated (eg dates) should be populated but remain editable.
Once complete then a "submit" button should email both forms together in a format readable via spreadsheet to a pre-set email address and have an optional cc field that can be completed on the tablet.
Once submitted the "job" is completed and can be removed from the app. The user should be able to create a new "job" and save it in draft prior to submission.
Both of these forms need to be editable by an administrator only (XML is fine, no separate administrator UI is required). Changes to forms need to be deployed via remote updates to instances of the application. It is anticipated that there will be 5-10 instances of the application in use at any time.
User Interface: Each of the forms should be separate - perhaps as tabs - in the UI. The UI should allow the user to navigate non-sequentially (e.g. to go back and make a correction or to complete a field).
Data: XML format.
I will require the code as well as the intellectual property and application itself. Basic instructions on how to add and modify fields will also be required.
