Wordpress forum and chatroom needed!

I currently run a Wordpress blog that I wish to add onto. I am looking to integrate a forum (have been looking at SimplePress) and also a video chatroom where viewers can see my webcam broadcasted and can type in a chatroom (have been looking at Video Whisper). I need someone to put these onto my Wordpress blog and also show me how to run them, if needed. I am also interested in hiring someone "on call" for future projects, so if you do a good job there is the potential for future work.
