Our website [login to view URL] is in the market for a complete overhaul of the website as well as the branding. We first had our website redesigned 2 years ago but we let the developer do the design, and since then conversion has been low. We feel the small fonts and misplaced items kill conversion with our customers who skew male and older. We're looking for a design firm that is also competent and experienced in creating good UI/UX practices in eCommerce. We're looking for people who understand the importance of keeping the shop clutter free and guiding the users who land to our site to take action. Right now our thousands of products are not organized or searchable in any significant way other then text search. We are providing priority to firms/agencies that specialize in Woocommerce, though we will entertain the idea of moving to Shopify/Magento etc. We expect you through guide is through the wireframe and flow design as well. The ideal firm will specialize in Woocommerce, improving eCommerce conversion rates and improve our SEO. Please submit your portfolio along with 2 or 3 case studies with specific numbers on how conversion rate, avg order amount, and seo traffic was improved ****Copy paste applications will be promptly discarded**** We've spent over $100k on upwork and have been in business over 6 years.
