I am looking for a virtual assistant who can work with me on administrative projects related to updating WordPress blogs and auditing the number of articles written by our team's authors on a monthly basis. The first project will take about 8-10 hours, and will need to completed at the end of the month over the course of no more than two days. Assuming this project goes well, the role will increase to include a few hours of work per day, monday through friday.
The work will range from updating WordPress plug-ins to setting up new author accounts and fixing little things here and there. They will be relatively simple tasks, but will have to be completed on 30-40 websites.
Candidates must have the following:
- The ability to work during working hours for the GMT timezone.
- Access to Skype for real-time interaction.
- Strong communication skills / a willingness to communicate frequently.
- Experience as a virtual assistant.
- Experience with WordPress.
- Intermediate experience with Google Docs / Spreadsheets.
This is a potentially expansive job that can grow over time and include other tasks, so the following skills would also be valuable:
- Social media management (twitter, facebook, pinterest)
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Link Building
