My client is experiencing rude pop-ups on a payment page when sending a link for customers to make payment on their site (in the attachment is evidence of this) I believe the site has been injected with a Malicious code as it forwards visitors to another site. This type of infection is affecting people making payments and the reputation of the business. Website is developed on WordPress. I'll need you to find and remove any malware from your site , provide a scan to show the site now and once it is clean, provide a backup of the clean site and re-submit your site to Google for review (if it has been blacklisted). Sir,I never use any software or any programming script or any scanner to find out malicious files or script on server. Because they can never give you 100% accuracy.
